The infra cess has turned growth projections by auto industry on its head. Experts say the move is an opportunity to shift to cleaner vehicles.
Maruti Suzuki posted a marginal growth in sales at 0.2% last month. It sold 1,08,115 units in February as against 1,07,892 units in the year-ago period.
Four engines will be available in petrol — 1.2 litre, 1.5 litre, 1.6 litre and 2.2 litre — and M&M will strap them across entire product portfolio.
