NEW DELHI: Hotels in the national capital that are reopening after five months of lockdown curbs are wooing guests with reduced room rates that may be valid through winter, immunity-boosting food, office space arrangements and increased social media promotion.Hotels in New Delhi started operations gradually from Saturday. Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) and ITC Hotels said the response has been encouraging and patrons are back at their restaurants
