Here are the key findings of a report by Liases Foras.
Residential property sales in the top 35 markets across the country dipped 2% in the September quarter from the year earlier, dragged down by the sluggish performance of big markets such as the National Capital Region (NCR) and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

Interestingly, 20 of these cities reported a growth in sales. Also, prices remained stable across tier 1 and tier 2 cities compared with the year-ago period. Here are the key findings of a report by Liases Foras.
