Ingersoll Rand appoints Arun Dogra as Vice-President

Ingersoll Rand - the $14 billion globally diversified industrial technology company has appointed Arun Dogra as its vice-president.

NEW DELHI: Ingersoll Rand - the $14 billion globally diversified industrial technology company has appointed Arun Dogra as its vice-president and business head for Security Technologies in India. In his current role, Arun will be responsible for growing the Security Technologies business of the company in India.

Prior to Ingersoll Rand, Arun worked with Agilent Technologies India as their country head and vice president- sales, marketing & support.

Venkatesh Valluri, chairman and president, Ingersoll Rand India said the Security Technologies is a key business for the company. "As the Indian security industry continues to mature, we are aggressively focusing on this sector to provide innovative, customer-centric and cost effective technologies to customers," he added.

Arun had about 25 years of experience in areas spanning business management, sales, marketing and support, electronics manufacturing and quality, R&D, business consulting, among others. He holds a Bachelor degree in Electronics & Communication and Masters in Business Administration.
