Ingersoll Rand appoints Ravi Kumar Dhulipala as head - strategic markets for India operations
Ingersoll Rand - a $14 billion diversified industrial technology company has appointed Ravi Kumar Dhulipala as head - strategic markets for its India operations.
Prior to joining Ingersoll Rand, Ravi worked with GE in its gas engine business. In his current role, Ravi will create end-to-end solutions that encompass multiple sector interventions in strategic markets. Ravi will also be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders and create opportunities for the organization to provide comprehensive solutions by deploying integrated solutions based on multiple product offerings, the company said in its statement.
Ravi has also worked with companies like ITC, Reliance, HUL and BP. Venkatesh Valluri, chairman and president, Ingersoll Rand India said the company sees several growth opportunities to meet India's growing demand for personal security, energy efficiency, food security and home automation. "Ravi will help us in driving some of the growth markets and expand the range of our products and solutions in India."
Ravi is a chemical and bio-engineer from National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar and holds an MBA from ISB Hyderabad in Strategic Marketing. He has also holds an Executive MBA from Georgia Tech University in the field of Energy. Ravi is a certified TPM Instructor from Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance and holds nine international patents and two design registrations.
