Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs) have been significantly contributing to the growth of the Indian economy. They have elevated India on the global platform which is evident in the fact that 4 of the 7 Indian organisations in the Fortune Global 500 - 2017 List are PSEs. Not only do PSEs keep the economic wheels moving, they are also some of the largest employers in the country. But how many are recognised as great workplaces?

Every year, Great Place to Work® Institute invites organisations across sectors to participate in its Best Companies studies. Our research reveals that the Best PSEs to Work For have created a unique differentiation for themselves as compared with the overall India Inc in the following areas:-
