The survey focuses on three major dimensions. The responses highlight the importance of attributes such as perseverance, grit and resilience for human centric firms. Interestingly, creativity, imagination, or appreciation of aesthetics and beauty – which characterize talent – didn’t feature in the top 3 skills for the future.

Army stint for few years as suggested can bring out all these qualities in future professionals.

Consider that we are dealing with humans. Technically lockdown was a great idea, but forgot finances and feelings of lower middle class. "Operation successful, patient dead" will not work
