Indian spin legend Anil Kumble, who is also an avid photographer, recently visited the Tadoba Andhari National Park in Maharashtra’s Chandrapur. It was there that he stumbled upon two tigers in action. The former Indian captain posted a series of photos on Twitter, showing tigress Maya chasing another tigress, in order to protect her territory.

“I had a once-in-a-lifetime sighting of Maya the tigress in Tadoba, who was protecting her territory from another tigress. The sequence of pictures shared depicts the ferocious chase that culminated in a fight and a civilised way of asking the intruder to leave her territory,” Kumble captioned his post.
