Honor India president Charles Peng is an enthusiastic gamer, and uses PubG as a way of dealing with stress. “While a physical workout forms an important part of my fitness regimen, video games help me unwind after a hard day’s work,” he says. But while playing video games, moderation is essential, he says. He plays for about an hour on weekdays, and two-three hours over weekends.

“The key is to give equal amounts of time to different activities, such as networking, physical workouts and gaming. It is important not to over-indulge on gaming, and ensure a balanced lifestyle,” he adds. His gaming companions include college friends and office colleagues, both in India and abroad, he says. “It gives us a good opportunity to play and also connect with each other on a regular basis. I have been an avid gamer all my life. I enjoy all sorts of video games, but my interest particularly lies in online battle arenas,” he said.
