Lay's has announced Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt as its brand ambassadors.
Joining the growing list of celebrity couples who use their combined star-power while endorsing brands are Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. The actors, who started dating on the sets of their upcoming film 'Brahmastra' and made their relationship public last year at Sonam Kapoor's wedding, have signed their first endorsement deal as a couple with PepsiCo.

Lay's, on Friday, announced Kapoor and Bhatt as its brand ambassadors.

As part of the association, the 26-year-old actress and 37-year-old actor will be part of a new ‘Smile Deke Dekho’ campaign and feature in a series of films. Lay's has brought its global Smile campaign to India through its new packaging that the brand says 'showcases how a smile can universally connect and conveys a mood or emotion effortlessly'.

In the first look of the teaser revealed on social media on World Smile Day, Alia and Ranbir are all 'smiles' with the new packets.

Thrilled to be the face of the brand, Ranbir Kapoor said that he has "always resonated deeply with Lay's." Meanwhile, Bhatt called it 'immensely cool and exciting' to be an ambassador of the brand.

Brand Kohli

3 Oct, 2019
There's nothing Brand Kohli can't do. Team India captain Virat Kohli is known to endorse over 17 brands and counting. According to Forbes, the world's highest-paid cricketer's brand value is at $14.5 million (approximately Rs 105 crore) , which is higher than that of football icon Lionel Messi, golf superstar Rory McIlroy and Golden State Warriors' Stephen Curry. While a lot of brands endorses the cricketer, Kohli and one of his long-time association with a brand fell apart.
