    Actress and TV host Padma Lakshmi has been open about her battles with health issues over the years. In the past, she has spoken about how she has been living with Endometriosis. Last week, on the occasion of World Mental Health Day, she took to social media to share a five-point plan for ensuring mental equilibrium. “Five things I do for my mental health”, she titled her post on social media. “Play with my daughter; cook something just for fun; go to the gym and listen to the ‘Revisionist History’ podcast; eat ice cream; and eat more ice cream,” she elaborated.



    The WHO underlines the aims of Mental Health Day: “Overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues and mobilising efforts in support of mental health.” Padma Lakshmi has certainly done her bit.
