Macao Light Festival (Extended To Jan 20, 2019)

The eMacao Light Festival 2018 - Time Travel in Macaof has attracted many residents and visitors since its launch in December 2018. In order to enable more visitors to enjoy the illuminations, the festival has been extended to January 20, 2019 at some of the locations covered. Considering the availability of venues, apart from St Dominicfs Church, the Camoes Garden, the Taipa Houses and the Taipa Municipal Market, other locations will continue to stage the eMacao Light Festival 2018 . Time Travel in Macaof from 7 pm to 10 pm till January 20, 2019. The projection mapping show produced by local team will continue to dazzle the Ruins of St Paulfs. eMacao Light Festival 2018 . Time Travel in Macaof is organised by the Macao Government Tourism Office, coorganised by the Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau, the Cultural Affairs Bureau and the Sports Bureau. The Environmental Protection Bureau and Companhia de Electricidade de Macau (CEM) are supporting entities of the event.

Folk Festival In Bhuj

Shrujan Trust, which is a Bhuj based no-profit no loss organisation has been empowering women in the Kutch region for the last 49 years and is also preserving their rich history of craft and embroidery tradition. Visitors who will be visiting the LLDC campus can also enjoy its nature-inspired location of fruit orchards near Ajrakpur village, 16 kms from Bhuj, Kutch. The Shrujan Trust helps rural women earn a dignified and sustainable livelihood.

Hot Air Balloon Fest In Araku Valley

The picturesque Araku Valley will soon play host to the second edition of the eInternational Hot Air Balloon Festivalf. Organised by Andhra Pradesh Tourism, in association with a leading agency from January 18-20, 2019, the festival will have hot air balloons flying all over the lush green Araku Valley, filling it with bursts of colour and joy. The line-up will comprise of balloons from 16 countries including India, Brazil, Slovakia, Italy, UK, Thailand, Canada, USA, France, Spain, Malaysia, Netherlands, Australia, Germany, Japan, Belgium and so on, along with especial shapedf balloons featuring some popular and iconic characters. The 3-day festival will incorporate morning balloon flights, scintillating balloon night glows and tethered flights, paramotoring displays and stunts creating a visual spectacle in the Araku Valley that shall leave a lasting impression in the minds of the globetrotters. Camping in the valley will offer travellers a glocal experience of soaking in the valley, the cultural ethnicity of Araku, its aromatic coffee plantations and soothing waterfalls.
