With the latest move, investors would remain invested in those papers that do not have any fixed maturity.
Mumbai: Andhra Bank has decided not to exercise call option for its perpetual bonds issued five years ago. Investors of such bonds are scheduled to receive interest payment on December 26. With the latest move, investors would remain invested in those papers that do not have any fixed maturity. A call option is an exit route for investors.
