Ashok Leyland shares jump 8% as Nifty surges

NEW DELHI: Shares of Ashok Leyland traded 8.27 per cent up in Thursday 's trade at 10:35 am.

Around 23712066 shares changed hands on the counter. The stock opened at Rs 35.45 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 37.85 and Rs 33.8 , respectively, in the session so far.

The stock quoted a 52-week high of Rs 123.1 and a 52-week low of Rs 34.2 .

ICRA has downgraded long-term rating of the company to 'ICRA AA (negative)'; short-term rating reaffirmed at 'ICRA A1+'.

Ashok Leyland Ltd., incorporated in the year 1948, is a Large Cap company (having a market cap of Rs 10112.89 Crore) operating in Auto sector.
