In the Nifty 50 index, IndusInd Bank, Zee Ent., Dr. Reddy's Lab, Bharti Infratel and UPL were among the top gainers.
NEW DELHI: Around 45 stocks rose to touch their 52-week highs on NSE in Thursday's session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs were AGC Networks, Alkyl Amines Chemicals, Amber Enterprises India, Alembic Pharmaceuticals, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise, Bajaj Finance, Bharat Rasayan, Balkrishna Industries, Divi's Laboratories, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, InfoBeans Technologies, INOX Leisure, Max India, Max Financial Services, Muthoot Finance, PVR and Trent.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 12.70 points down at 12,113.20 while the BSE Sensex was trading 37.37 points down at 41,285.63.

Overall, 27 shares were trading in the green in Nifty50 index, while 23 were trading in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, IndusInd Bank, Zee Ent., Dr. Reddy's Lab, Bharti Infratel and UPL were among the top gainers.

While Hindalco Inds., Kotak Bank, Coal India Ltd, Cipla and HUL were trading in the red.
