It''s obscured why EPFO is making delay in passing the Benefit of "Higher Pension EPS ''95" to it''s Pensioners ?? Is EPFO now totally a Bankrupt Organization ??

The new law is all eye wash, more law, more corruption. Think of an alternate arrangement. Govt at center has passed the law based on its strength in both houses. Now they are saying its up to the state. So where is the seriousness in implementation?? Exploitation with labor force will continue.
