Bihar: 4 dead, several injured after steam boiler in NGO’s kitchen explodes

At least four people have died and more than five have been injured after a boiler exploded in an NGO’s kitchen in Bihar’s Motihari on November 16. Injured have been admitted to hospital. The boiler exploded while mid-day meal was being prepared by the members of the NGO. Police and state government officials have reached the blast site and further investigation is underway. The cause of the boiler explosion is yet to be ascertained.
