In a damning indictment of recent political drama in Maharashtra, senior BJP leader Anant Kumar Hegde has admitted that Devendra Fadnavis became the Chief Minister of the state for 80 hours so that he could move Rs 40,000 crore worth of funds meant for state development back to the Centre.
