The temperature in Srinagar dropped to 0.6 degrees celsius at night and it was (-)3 degrees in Pahalgam. The chilly weather is adding to the problems of the people in the Valley and the constant rounds of snofall have cause disruptions by blocking the Jammu-Srinagar NH, which is the main link between Kashmir and the rest of the country.
