Before education equally important is housing for all.you want one nation one language, education, power grid, water, sanitation, ration, .. but when it comes to housing why no consensus. Art 14 talks about inequality.art 19 1 e talks about right to reside and settle. But how, when, where. In a 34 states,80 lac circle value, with fsi from .5,1,2,3 and at 4000 tier 1,2,3 cities flats are given permission without end price monitering. Now few weeks before in Calcutta a prime property went for 100 cr and a flat for 2700 sq ft sold for 17 cr.now with present format of aff hsg how one can get shelter. As per un spl rapporteur report to un housing is not a commodity, but basic right. Please let children be given birth right as basic shelter measured as fsi.no land can be given but guarantee shelter at coc basis.so please adopt one nation one housing policy.first and foremost. Distribute basic fsi and start dual pricing of shelter through rera, rbi.aff hsg ministry, minister at state, center.revam clss pmay.
