    Kulbhushan Jadhav Case: Pakistan refuses to appoint Queens's Counsel

    Kulbhushan Jadhav’s case: Pakistani media is now claiming that there is no chance in the appointment of any Queen’s counsel for Jadhav, a lawyer can only be appointed when the person has a valid Pakistani license. Pakistani media now is also quoting the spokesperson of the foreign office.In a bid to scuttle justice for Kulbhushan Jadhav, the government of Pakistan is making several attempts. By refusing to appoint Queen’s Counsel, Pakistan is insisting on own lawyer for Jadhav. India had opted for a Queen’s Counsel so that the trial could be conducted fairly in Pakistan without any biases.
