As Union Home Minster Amit Shah was getting ready to enter the Parliament for introduction of resolution on Article 370, an alert photographer captured the government's secret plan to implement the new measures for Jammu and Kashmir.

While entering Parliament today, Amit Shah was seen holding a folder in which there was a detailed plan for implementation of government's agenda. He was clicked holding crucial papers marked as top secret on the Centre's plan to revoke Article 370.

The document has a list of items on the agenda. The list contains several steps including informing president, Vice President and so on. Minutes after this picture was clicked, Home Minister Amit Shah announced the government's decision to revoke some portions of Article 370 that gives special status to the state.

The picture has gone viral on social media.

As appeared in the document, the government apparently made an elaborate plan to deal with the situation. The government has taken a series of steps in the past few days that raised speculation that government may take some steps on the issue.

The government suspended the Amarnath Yatra due to terror threat last week and had asked the tourists and Yatris to immediately leave the state.

The government also rushed additional troops in the Valley besides closing down educational institutions and certain services.
