First art 14 which says inequality.landed gets sumptuous gift as floor space index to make a killing without end price monitering mechanism. As per oxyfam report 54 percent wealth is held by one percent population. Noe gfhere are 35 cr houseless. With 34 states,80 lac circle rates, landed at 4000 tier 1,2,3 cities make a killing by free fsi and ana's wealth uninterrupted. Rich poor gap is eidening. At 17 cr for 1700 sq ft flat and 100 centers for 31000 sq ft bunglow are classic example of wealth fir wealthy people. The present system of aff housing is the root cause and we require a seperate aff hsg minister, ministry center and states. The powerity line is a bad concept. Affordability, availability, adequacy,at all times,in all places is aff definition. Uniform consumption, income, employment, and shelter standards. 8000 cal of food consumption per day per household,200 meters of stiched cloth per year per family, and 300 days employment for 2 in a family at 1000 rs per day and at 6 lacs yearly income, and shelter measured as 150 sq ft floor space as birth right at cost, without land and revamp clss pmay aff hsg at 10 to 30 lacs for 400 to 1209 sq ft flats by basic fsi free is way forward.

Pay attention to Art 39(b) in every decision-making which involves either ownership or control or both of the material resources of the community. There is so much in Art 39 for that kind of society. They are provisions taken from the UDHR,1948.

Equitable society is not built either by DEMANDING or BEGGING. It is MOST INEQUITABLE DISHONEST UNETHICAL IMMORAL DOWN RIGHT CRIMINAL (1) just to tax 1.5 crore people out of 137 crores whene 40 c people own automobiles, 12 c people fly, 20c people pay property tax and 70 c people own some high end electronis wort > 1 L. (2) to collect Rs.1.80 as per capita tax from TN residents, 0.40 from hindi belt bxtrd states but send Rs.1.80 per capita on latter and deny even Rs0.40 per capita to TN and that too ever since 1947 independence. (3) Sociial justice can’t be only distributive. IT must also include productive side. All able bodied sound mind people between age of 21 and 65 must work and pay tax OR simply die than living a dishonourable parasite life. A nation can’t have 66% parasites and still come out strong. (4) When we hardly have 1 entrepreneur / innovator / scientist per 10 million population and rest are DEMANDING jobs rather than begging for jobs , where is social equality? REMOVE SENSE OF SECURITY. MAKE FEAR RUN DOWN THE SPINE. MAKE PEOPLE WORK AND EARN OR DIE. Again 8% Caucasians have usurped 505 land mass criminally and then imposed border system . This means that 50% land mass holds criminals / illegals and balance 500% holds impotents who can do nothing about it. Where is social justice? STOP TALKING. ELIMINATE PARASITES NOW>
