    Oyo partners with Unilever for sanitised stays

    The company said these include upgraded in-progress protocols using Unilever products like deep cleaning and disinfecting in-room high touch zones, hand hygiene products for guests and sanitised common areas.

    Oyo said it has upgraded its cleanliness and hygiene protocols with ‘Oyo Sanitised Stays’.
    NEW DELHI: Oyo Hotels & Homes said on Thursday it was partnering with global consumer goods company Unilever for its sanitised stays initiative. The chain said Unilever’s home and personal hygiene brands will be used in cleaning and disinfecting of its properties.

    Oyo said Unilever’s R&D team will work with the company to co-create standard operating procedures for cleaning. Oyo properties where these operating procedures are used will display a tag on booking pages to show Unilever products have been used in cleaning services. Oyo said the global partnership will begin in India and then go live across Indonesia, Vietnam, the US, Latin America and Europe.

    Oyo said through this partnership, select Oyo properties will have Unilever hygiene kits for guests and cleaning supplies for staff, including products from brands such as Lifebuoy, Domex, Sunlight and Cif.

    Ritesh Agarwal, founder and group CEO, Oyo said the scientific expertise of Unilever and assurance of their brands Lifebuoy, Domex, Sunlight and Cif are 'second to none' and that he is confident that guests will have a quality and stress-free experience with ‘Oyo Sanitised Stays’ and Unilever’s home and personal hygiene products.

    Its a joke to hear this tie-up. which homes are sanitised? Many homes deserted by OYO a clear breach of contract and try to show their holy face... Diverting tactics..I am a senior citizen and the legal team don't respond to me emails. The ground staff give phone numbers that does not work. Will you place this before OYO and help me?
