The bench, also comprising Justices S Abdul Nazeer and Sanjiv Khanna, said it will hear the petitions pertaining to Assam and Tripura.
Student unions of NE universities call for class boycott against CAA
“As the Supreme Court will hear the petition against CAA, we will register our protest against CAA. Students from universities which include Gauhati, Dibrugarh, Cotton, Nagaland, Manipur, Tezpur and North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong, will hold protest and boycott classes, " said PG Students Union of Gauhati University gen secy Moon Talukdar.
