Ahmedabad-Mumbai Tejas Express flagged off today
This is the IRCTC's second premium train after the inaugural Tejas Express which operates between Delhi and Lucknow. The regular commercial run of the train will begin on January 19 from Ahmedabad, the Railways said.

Speaking at the foundation day of the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited, Goyal said that it should make a commitment to its customers with a timetable for its freight trains. "Just like the Tejas trains have done in Delhi-Lucknow and Mumbai-Ahmedabad, we should be willing to give a commitment of timely delivery," he added.

Tejas Express: Railways Minister Piyush Goyal to flag off India's second private train on Friday
The commercial run of the train will start from January 19, 2020 from Ahmedabad, the railways said.The first such train, the Lucknow-Delhi Tejas Express, has been running since last year.
