IIT Madras develops AI tech to convert brain signals of speech-impaired humans into language
IIT Madras researchers have developed an Artificial Intelligence technology to convert brain signals of speech impaired humans into language. The other major application for this field of research is that the researchers can potentially interpret nature’s signals such as plant photosynthesis process or their response to external forces, the institute said.

IIT-M Phase I placements season shows stable campus hiring

"In this placement season, IIT Madras has exceeded the number of offers achieved in session 1.1 of last year. We expect the positive trend to continue..," IIT Madras, Training and Placement, Advisors Manu Santhanam and Professor C S Shankar Ram said.
