Maharashtra reports 85 COVID-19 deaths today
"With 2,598 new COVID-19 positive cases reported in the State today, the total number of cases here has hiked to 59,546. Meanwhile, the death toll stands at 1,982 after 85 deaths were reported today," reads an official statement from the state's Health Department.

17 people brought to army quarantine facilities in Jaisalmer, Jodhpur test positive for coronavirus
Out of the 17 people, nine have tested positive for the virus at the Army Wellness Centre in Jaisalmer. Out of these nine people, three tested positive on Tuesday, while six more had tested positive on Monday. These nine people are among the 484 Indians evacuated from Iran and brought to the Wellness Centre earlier this month.

SpiceJet's special flight to take 142 Iran-returned Indians to quarantine facility in Jodhpur

277 people evacuated from coronavirus-hit Iran reach Army facility in Jodhpur
Additional Chief Secretary (Health) Rohit Kumar Singh said that 273 of the evacuees are pilgrims. He said that among the people were 149 women and girls. The defence spokesperson said that the facility has a dedicated team of Army doctors, who will be constantly monitoring the health parameters of the evacuees for the duration of their stay.
