US private equity firm Blackstone invested Rs 1750 crore in Future Group’s flagship fashion business- Future Lifestyle Fashion. Blackstone was reported to infuse $250 million in FLF, in July through a combination of equity and structured debt to fund the capital expansion of Biyani’s deep-discount retail format, Brand Factory.
