It is rare to see a cash-rich online company which is the market leader in its segment, profitable and has a negative working capital cycle. Achieving this without any meaningful promoter equity dilution is even rarer. The founders of IndiaMART InterMESH, Dinesh Agarwal and Brijesh Agrawal, have done just that with the country’s largest online B2B product and services platform. The company’s revenue grew 31% annually in the past four years and it turned profitable last year. Analysts expect revenue to grow 50% annually in the next three fiscal years.
